1. When the temperature is below 15℃ in winter, it is not recommended to adopt the self-drying method. It is best to heat it up to about
50℃ in the baking room.
2. When the temperature is higher than 30℃, an appropriate amount of ethylene glycol butyl ether should be added. For the specific
addition method, please refer to the instructions for the use of ethylene glycol butyl ether.
3. If a fish eye is found during the spraying process, the construction should be stopped immediately, and 0.5-1% anti-drop water should
be added to the remaining paint before spraying.
4. At the interface of the new and old paint film, you can directly spray the barge saliva to achieve the perfect effect of the barge. For
details, please refer to the instructions for the use of the barge saliva.
5. The topcoat with curing agent should be used up as soon as possible and should not be stored and reused.
6. Please wash all spraying tools with water immediately after use, otherwise it will be difficult to remove the cleaning.
7. If there are small particles and hanging places after spraying, they can be polished with wax after the paint film is completely hardened
with 1200#-2000# sandpaper.
