3. Leave the 1k primer for 10-15 minutes after spraying, and spray the varnish as soon as possible. The long time will affect the adhesion.
4. Due to the high transparency of water-based paint, in terms of paint treatment, the color should be uniform, the flatness should be
guaranteed, and there should be no sand marks, particles or unevenness, otherwise gold
The paint layer will have problems such as silver poly, hair and a poor sense of metal.
5. The thickness of the spray film of the metal paint series is not easy to exceed 25um, otherwise it is prone to problems such as silver
gathering and poor adhesion between layers.
6. After spraying a piece of metal plain paint, dry it in the air, and spray the next process after 10-15 minutes.
7. When the temperature is at the bottom of 5℃, it is recommended not to add water, but to add ethanol as water proportionally.
